Standard Delivery – Our Standard Delivery service takes approximately 1 to 3 working days for the majority of the country, This time may vary for some restricted post codes.

Please note: Online ordering is only available for mainland UK destinations. Customers requiring delivery to remote or non-mainland areas should note that delivery may incur additional charges.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds.
If you do wish to cancel or change your order before the items are despatched, you are asked to contact us immediately, by phone or e-mail.
If you are unhappy with anything we have sent you, please send it back to us within 7 working days, unused and in the original packaging. We can then issue a refund on receipt of item(s).
In the unlikely event of something proving faulty, please advise us immediately so that we can issue a replacement or a refund.
Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
